Third-party services we use to provide Hyperengage.
Last updated: February 18, 2026
Hyperengage uses third-party subprocessors, such as cloud computing providers and customer support software, to provide our services. We enter into GDPR-compliant data processing agreements with each subprocessor, extending GDPR safeguards everywhere personal data is processed.
When you use Hyperengage, you entrust us with data about your customers and users. Hyperengage acts as a processor of this data. We do not share or sell this data with any other providers. We only store it in our data center hosted with Amazon Web Services.
| Subprocessor | Purpose | Location |
|---|---|---|
| Amazon Web Services Inc | Cloud services provider | United States |
Hyperengage also processes data that it collects about its own customers. For this type of data (which excludes any of the user or customer data described above), Hyperengage functions as the controller.
